  • Republican U.S. presidential nominee Donald Trump speaks during the presidential town hall debate with Democratic U.S. presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at Washington University in St. Louis Missouri

Or, as the GOP candidate said in one of his many denials of the claims, "Look at her. ..."

The latest allegations against Donald Trump of unwanted sexual contact brought out the usual responses from defenders and apologists.

For Trump, it may recall another presidential candidate from the 1980s, Democrat Gary Hart, who urged reporters to "follow him around" when stories spread that he'd been having an affair.

What a disgusting human being.

If you scroll through the stream of tweets, one thing becomes clear.

We even see the "thingification" of enemies in Thomas Jefferson's First Inaugural Address.

The citizens of the United States deserve better.

In a class the following Monday, a female student, who had long-expressed her eager support of Donald Trump, told the class that her support was not fazed by the Trump Tapes.

In other words, he hoped to cast his Federalist enemies as silent monuments, relegated to history.

Nonetheless, a silent monument can neither criticize nor consent.

Sean Spicer, a strategist and spokesman for the Republican National Committee, said Trump had apologized not once, but twice.

"I just start kissing them. It's like medieval times".

"Yes, I'm very embarrassed by it but it was locker room talk and one of those things". Grab them by the pussy. "You can do anything", Trump says. I said, starting back in June, that he was not fit to be president and commander in chief. Trump himself answered it for them. It had happened all their lives. The comments on the tape suggest that he might, at times, not wait for any at all.

The recording, taped by NBC's "Access Hollywood", was first published by The Washington Post on Friday.

At the second presidential debate on Sunday, after repeated questions, Trump denied actually kissing or groping women without their consent, as he described in the video. "I have tremendous respect for women".

But for all the attention on Twitter, it's data people love for a final analysis.

When everyone's a 'thing, ' who's left?

The impact wasn't immediately obvious, but it was like waving a red cape in a bull ring.

There is a lot of research that tells us that the vast majority of rapes and sexual assaults are not reported each year for a variety of reasons, including the kinds of public scrutiny and demeaning commentary and counterclaims that American voters have heard from Trump and his surrogates this week.

On Saturday, Oxford said that over the course of a single evening, a million women had responded to her call-out.

If the actions mentioned by Trump were conducted by a supervisor in a workplace, that would constitute a hostile environment and be recognized as a form of sexual discrimination.

"It's good that outrage is being voiced, it's creating more awareness. on a huge societal issue", said Delilah Rumburg, CEO of the National Sexual Violence Resource Centre in Pennsylvania. Khizr and Ghazala Khan appeared at the DNC and declared that "Donald Trump consistently smears the character of Muslims". It's not the vulgar words he says; it's the illegal and immoral actions those words described.

Decent men do not detail how they "moved on her like a bitch" in the hope of convincing a married woman - television personality Nancy O'Dell - to cheat on her husband. "Am I not allowed to respond?"

And that's the final word. Bill Clinton, however, had done far worse, Trump said. If it's among acquaintances, there's fear of social rejection or isolating yourself from the friend group.

McCauley said "the stories have always been there", but they're "pouring out now" because the outrage over Trump's comments "has created a space where people are finally agreeing with assault survivors". "You study these people and you'll understand also". When she refused they began touching her hair and face before she ran away, catching the first bus she saw without even checking where it was going.
